Baji6 Terms and Conditions — User rights & responsibilities

1 General provisions

By accessing or using the baji6 platform (www.baji6.pro), you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between baji6 and its users.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met in order to make a withdrawal:

• KYC verification must be completed
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from a bonus
• The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit
• Minimum withdrawal amount must be met

6 Bonus terms and conditions

7 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the baji6 platform:

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet placed on that round will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

Under baji6's Terms & Conditions, the server record is considered final in the event of a technical issue or display error in any game. A disconnection during gameplay will not be accepted as grounds for cancelling a bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji6 platform:

• Fraud: Attempting to predetermine or manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of bots: Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Use of another person's information: Using another person's identity, payment account, or personal details.
• System exploit: Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Baji6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• KYC verification failure or submission of false information
• Suspicious financial activity
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned through the designated process, unless it is subject to forfeiture due to a rule violation.

10 Responsible Gaming
